What is Jump and Dump?

This is for ttc a girl.  There are no studies to back it up and when people refer to J&D they could be talking about 2 things:

1. To jump up right after sex and run to the toilet; dumping all sperm in there.  The theory is you are dumping out the y sperm and only the x remain.  But there is no evidence of this.
2. To have dh release and not use that sperm.  Then have dh release a second time and use that sperm.  This would lower sperm count but would be counterproductive if you had him abstain for over 7 days.
