I had an ultrasound last week and my doctor got a great toilet shot. She swears up and down it's a boy but I wanted to see what all of you thought? She explained to me how she could see the wee wee and the scrotum. Here's a pic! I'm new to this site so I'm still trying to learn the ropes around here. Hope to get responses!!!!

Clearly it looks like a boy now, but it might change. Do you have a nub shot?

Lol, thanks! If "he's" anything like his dad he certainly will not be shy at all :). This is kind of exciting but nerve wrecking at the same time. I have two daughters and after my last daughter was born, I've had 3 miscarriages and my last pregnancy was with triplets :(. They ended up finding out that I have MTHFR and a blood clotting disorder. This pregnancy I was told early on that I had a subchorionic hematoma so now that they have been treating me for these issues and I feel more confident since in my 14th week I am almost glad to have seen that this may actually be a boy. After all the dissappointments of the miscarriages it's nice for this baby to be so much more than we bargained for. We were moreso hoping for a boy because my father in law was killed in a car accident in April of '07 and my husband wants a relationship with a son that his father and him had. It's been a LOOOONG road but as long as this is  a healthy baby it's all I can ask for. If this is in fact a boy which it looks to be so far, it's a HUGE PLUS! I'm so sorry for the loss of your triplets and your FIL. I, too, was dealing with a big subchorionic bleed, but it thankfully resolved itself, its so scary! I hope he stays a boy (mine did at that age :) ) Good luck and I hope the rest of your pregnancy is uneventful and wonderful.

Also, I noticed you had said yours stayed a boy at that age. Do you have any pics for me to compare? I really hope it stays a boy too. My husband and I are already really excited but I still feel like I should wait for the confirmation to really believe it. Maybe it's just because we want a boy so bad that I'm having a hard time believing it so far?

The toilet shot "guess" at 13 weeks was boy...then it was confirmed at 18 1/2 weeks. We could definitely see something between the legs at 13 weeks, so I think it is possible to see stuff that early.  

I don't have any, I was just looking through my computer yesterday to find the scans and I can't find them. I can't even find them in his baby book {{that's what happens with #4, I guess :) }} I'm hoping this baby makes a May appearance. Good luck, I hope he stays a boy!

Thanks a bunch you all! What all of you said makes me feel a little more confident. Hopefully they'll do another US at my appt on the 22nd! Then perhaps I can get a confirmation.
