When do you stop taking readings?

 I stop after I get 2 high readings confirming O.  I also temp though so I just make sure I get that second high reading and a temp spike and I stop my readings.  I then started the progesterone suppositories at 3dpo.

I was wondering if you have experience with this. I have noticed that my V reading has been going lower and lower even after taking progesterone suppositories which I started on CD22 (3 DPO). I am now on CD27 and for the last 2 days including today, have been getting spotting (pink on the first day and now brown as well as cramping and regular period ‘symptoms’). Normally I would get my AF tomorrow (CD 28) but since I just started the progesterone on this cycle, am thinking that I shouldn’t get it til next week (around CD 34) to make my LP a full 14 days. What gives?!!!

 Are you on Prometrium and at what dose?  You should definitely not be spotting right now since you just O'ed.  I would call the doctor ASAP and see if you can get some bloodwork done to measure your progesterone levels.  They may need to up your dosage or it may be that your body does not respond to the suppositories and you need to move to the shots.  They will probably just up your dosage first but I would definitely call them and see if you can get in for bloodwork.
