I have small 6 oz container and after baby is not on breast anymore I do my container diet lol, so I eat 5 meals a day but they have to fit in the container. I can eat whatever I want. also when grabbing mcDonalds or sth I will always give 2/3 to my DH and eat 1/3. I also try to drink a glass of water before every meal (about 15 min) and glass of water with lemon juice every morning and evening. I do not exercise because don't have time for it ( I do dance instead when nobody is watching lol) . This never failed me and I gained around 40 lb with each baby and was in pre pregnancy clothes or even thinner after 3 months. It works for me because I still get to eat what I want and don't really feel that much like on a diet.
