Guessing girl, although most of the shots are of the bladder. I'm getting a few quick flashes of what appears to be labia. The bit at the end of the video is the umbilical cord.

that looks girly to me - I would guess what is there at the end is the cord. If that's a little man, he's hung like a horse! I think it's the cord.
